Unknown email. If you would like to be able to download the PDF please contact paddy @ get-into-blender.com and ask for your email to be added to the database of purchasers. Once that's done, each time you click SUBMIT, a PIN will be emailed to you, and you can then re-SUBMIT with your email and the PIN.
